Q: I am a member of My Accountability Club and I am having trouble logging into the site. What do I do?
A: If you are a current member and you are having trouble logging into the My Accountability Club website, please send an email to april@libbygill.com for assistance.
Q: I forgot my password for the My Accountability Club site. I tried to retrieve it using the site but I am stuck in a weird loop and nothing is happening. What do I do now?
A: Yes, there is a bug in the password retrieval option. Just send an email to april@libbygill.com and I will send you a new temporary password.
Q: How can I change my password and / or update my profile?
A. If you are logged into the site and would like to change your password, user name, email address, etc., simply click the “login / logout” button to open the top panel. Then under login status click “membership details.” You will be taken to the screen where you can make your changes. Don’t forget to click “update profile” at the bottom when you’re done. To get back to the MyAccountabilityClub.com home page, simply click “Visit Site” in the top left corner.
Q: How do I download past Club calls?
A. To download any of the past Club calls, simply log into the site and click the “Resources” tab. Choose your section (personal or professional) and download away!
