My update for week 1 (February milestone):
    1. I exercised 4 of the 7 days for about 40 mins.
    2. I worked on organization/finance for 4 hours (not 5).
    3. I have prepared my to-do-list daily. In fact I prepared a template for the whole week but focused on 1 day at a time. So that I could be flexible.
    4. Here I am posting my weekly progress for the February milestones.
    5. I worked on the outline for my yearly vision.
I have started using my yearly theme as my ‘game changer’ plan. My theme was ‘mindfulness and achievement’ – so every time my negativity, fear, or procrastination strike; – I concentrate on the momemt and doing just for the next 3 mins something that will get me ‘unstuck’. I have been successful sometimes, at times I have not got ‘unstuck’. This week I have begun using this new weapon to help me feel whole. The failures do not count but the successes do – next week I will refine this tactic so I do better.
Thank you all for your encouragement and for joining forces with me in marching upward and onward.
    Meena

I’VE GOT A NEW “WEAPON” TO TRY OUT ON YOU TONIGHT, MEENA. YOU’RE GONNA LOVE IT!

Oh my gosh, Belinda, you are on fire. I can hardly believe this is the same woman I spoke with just a couple of months ago. Just make sure you don’t overload or set unrealistic timeframes. It’s also doable, just prioritize and take it a chunk at a time.

Also, you can now start a Personal Track Milestone/Goal list. Just don’t over-do it! xoxo

So I’ve been feverishly working on the sales letter mailing.(Thanks for the offer to read it Libby–I sent it today)
Yup success is definitely a stretch–this has been TONS of hard work.

  19. libby says:

I’m looking at it today, Carl?

  20. libby says:

Didn’t mean for that to be a question!!

  21. cshields says:

Okay, so I’m leaving the 10 lb weight loss as my personal track. After reviewing my actual game changers for this milestone, I noticed I’ve been keeping up the workout piece and short changing myself in a logged diary and caloric intake counting. Therefore, today, I have joined thedailyplate.com ~ it is really just what I was looking for (it’s helping me do both action items that I’m slacking on. Also, I’m adding a 4th game changer for this one: To log into accountability club every few days… to help me stop procrastinating. (smile)

    • Libby says:

It’s been a few days since you’ve logged in. How ’bout I make you a deal? If you log in no less than every other day, I’ll monitor your posts and comment on each one. I’m watching you! xo

  22. bphillips says:

Yesterday was great for my personal goals – three healthy meals and no snack. Today is starting out great – I’m off to do my one hour of cardio.

Professional goals are moving along well. Libby directed me to a great site – vistaprint.com to assist me with logo, business cards, brochures, and flyers. Great site with great ideas and affordable prices. I will get my material ordered this weekend and should have it by the end of the business week. That will take care of one big chunk of my game changers.

    • Libby says:

How are the workouts going? Still on track? Sorry I sent you a brief reply to your quick question. Let’s see if we have a minute to talk Thursday night or call me during my office hours. I’ll set up another month of open times on the call tomorrow. Please use it, that’s what it there for, ok?

  23. dreynolds says:

Hi Deb, Welcome aboard! It looks like you’ve got some ambitious goals. Good for you for making them so concrete. How can we best support you?

  24. Carl N says:

    Libby,
I got about 200 sent out, and I got one job as a result last week with more work to follow on it. Measure wise though–sometimes people will call me months later. Each letter comes with a magnetic business card. I also have a letter to go to area realtors. Might you be available Libby to review this for me??

  25. Libby says:

    You bet. Send it along…
