What’s Your One Year Vision?

This powerful tool that I adapted from a classic Harvard Business School study will help you gain clarity about your vision for success. By projecting yourself one year ahead and then looking back on all your accomplishments, you’ll begin to breathe life into your personal and professional vision of the future.
Then, with support from members of the Accountability Club and me, you’ll start to “chunk down” your vision into Monthly Milestones backed by Game Changer action goals. And we’ll hold you accountable to your commitments.
Here’s what you do: Project yourself into the future, exactly one year from today. Fill out the following exercise from that perspective, looking back at all of your accomplishments of the past year.
